All orders must be placed via the website or if not possible just email it to us with your address details and we can send you an invoice and call you back to take payment.  We no longer take orders by phone.

SAMPLES: Please order a MAXIMUM OF 10 Samples.  We have an incredibly high volume of samples requests from all over the world, to ensure we can meet them and with a thought to the environment, please limit your selection.    Samples all vary in size, but are usually approx A5. Each fabric listing has a drop down to order a sample or by the metre, these are sent out same day.

MAKING THE BEST OF YOUR LINEN:  We feel a blackout lining or medium interline is the best treatment both aesthetically and to ensure your fabrics stand the test of time.  Please expect slight creasing as this is the nature of linen and allow curtains to hang for a few weeks for the creasing to reduce.  Please only dry clean our linens.  Washing may result in a loss of colour or shrinkage.

PART METRES:  We only offer part metres on orders greater than 5m.  If you would like an order in a part metre over this amount please contact us at sales@peonyandsage.com

ORDER & DELIVERY:  Please allow up to 1-2 days for delivery of trims, plains and samples.  Please allow up to 14 working days for printed fabrics and wallpapers.  Our fabrics are printed using various different basecloths, then colourfasted and despatched to us for checking and redespatched.  This can take some time, particularly if your order is on several basecloths.  On occasion there may be delays which are out of our control due to busy periods and weaving of our basecloths.  We seldom say out of stock but prints can sometimes be as long as four weeks if we have unforeseen delays.  If your print is in stock it will be despatched immediately and delivered within 48 hours.  Handmade goods could take up to 21 days.  Please note once you have placed your order if your goods have been despatched we are unable to change any delivery addresses at this point. Should you wish to change an address with our courier you are welcome to do so but there may be an additional charge and we cannot be held responsible if the goods fail to arrive at the new address and arrive at the previous.

BESPOKE SERVICES:  We are able to print railroaded, to ensure no joins with the max drop of 140cm.  We can do this at no extra charge.  We can change the scale and colours using our signature colours but cannot sample these  as the min order would be 5m at £64.00 per m, we can no longer offer bespoke for a quantity under 5m.  Any fabric printed bespoke will be sold at RRP £64.00.  This is applicable to trade to ensure we cover studio charges.

PAYMENT:  Online ordering couldn’t be easier, you can check out with PAYPAL even if you do not have an account by entering your card details, using leading debit or credit cards securely. You can also use our WORLDPAY which accepts most international credit cards.  We can also take payment over the phone for debit cards, do call us on 01289 385517, especially for part metre orders.  We can also accept money and send money if necessary via paypal too.  Or if you rather email your order to sales@peonyandsage.com we can send you a proforma invoice with our bank details at the base for online bank transfer.  All trade orders must be paid for by electronic transfer before we process.

UK Delivery Charges:

1m – £6.95 ex vat Folded and sent by Royal Mail recorded (please allow approximately 14 working days not including weekends days from order)

2 – 20 metres £11.95 ex vat On a roll delivered by APC Couriers (please allow approximately 14 working days from order unless in stock allow 48hrs). We have shopped around on courier charges for over 1.2m lengths and the true cost is £15.00, we are subsidising these costs and do not charge for our tubes or packaging.

International Delivery Charges, Taxes and Duties:

2 – 5 metres folded £18.00 – £45.00

WE DO NOT SEND OUR WALLPAPER, SAMPLES OR FABRIC TO AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND OR JAPAN.

As of the 1st January 2021 import charges and taxes may be applicable in EU countries.  These charges are not included in our shipping costs as they can vary, so please check your local charges before ordering.

VAT: Peony and Sage Ltd is VAT registered.  All listed prices include VAT.  Trade customers will be billed separately with a VAT Invoice.  If you as an individual require a VAT Invoice please do request one.    For all international  and EU (including the Republic of Ireland) exports as of January 1st 2021 will no longer be charged VAT and will be zero rated. However, we have an export price which matches our listed price, this is to allow for extra costs, time and insurance required to process international shipments.   VAT NO: 129 8103 13.  Please note we show our prices in foreign currencies as close to the daily exchange rate, this can alter slightly at the time of purchase.

TRADE:  If you are a member of the trade and are interested in an account please do send us an email to sales@peonyandsage.com with either your shop address or website. We will check what stockists are in your area. We are opening fewer accounts as we are at a level that we feel represents our brand fully nationally.  We no longer do books as our range is forever changing and growing.   All sampling must be ordered through the website. We are only currently offering a proforma account with partial discount. We review this every six months.

FAQ’s

How big are your samples? Samples of fabrics are generally A5 in size but sizes can vary. Wallpaper samples tend to be full width strips of 52cm by 12-15cm in height.

Can I return wallpaper or fabric? Unless faulty fabrics and wallpapers have been printed to order and can be batch specific therefore are not returnable.

How long will my order take? Please allow 1-2 days for samples, candles, pom poms and some make up bags. Please allow 14-21 days for fabrics and wallpapers. Handmade cushions and goods 21-28 days. Please do email at any point if you are waiting for an order for an update.

What is the best way to contact you? We advise you email to sales@peonyandsage.com we are extremely responsive to email, less so to phone due to the number of enquiries we handle per day and it is often hard to hear numbers and messages left on voicemail. We will email you within usually an hour of you making contact.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: We only collect data for the purpose of processing and managing your order and so that we can keep in touch with you by newsletter occasionally. For this we need to keep your name, address, email address, phone number and details of your previous orders. We do not retain your payment details within our systems. These are held externally within Paypal, Worldpay or Stripe. In trusting us with your personal details you are entitled to rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. PLEASE NOTE:  Colours can vary batch to batch so please always request a sample whether you are matching up with a previous order or starting from scratch.  Do not rely on colours as seen on your monitor as all monitors, phones and tablets vary depending on settings.  All fabrics are printed in the UK.  Linen being a natural product can vary batch to batch particularly our flax and stone variations.  This can affect final colours.  We are entitled to discontinue fabrics, tweak colours and scales (although this is rare) please always check the website for repeat details and request a sample if you have ordered previously and need to match as close as you can to previous purchases.  Please visit our terms of business page regarding our disclaimer in full.  Printed backgrounds, ie coloured backgrounds pose a higher risk of variation to occur; we consider these as minor imperfections and cannot return fabrics due to a printing dot.
