SAMPLES

Please order a MAXIMUM OF 10 Samples.   Samples all vary in size, but are usually approx A5. Each fabric listing has a drop down to order a sample or by the metre, these are sent out same day. Samples to the USA we are shortly discontinuing using Royal Mail as they have been too slow and unreliable and will be using a courier system for samples as well as fabrics by the metre.

MAKING THE BEST OF YOUR LINEN

We feel a blackout lining or medium interline is the best treatment both aesthetically and to ensure your fabrics stand the test of time.  Please expect slight creasing as this is the nature of linen and allow curtains to hang for a few weeks for the creasing to reduce.  Please only dry clean our linens.  Washing may result in a loss of colour or shrinkage.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are passionate about the environment, all of our products are sustainable and derive from natural sources including linen, paper and recycled cottons. Our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable. We are yet to find a suitable alternative to our roll packaging which is a recycled plastic and is recyclable as soon as we have a waterproof durable product this will be replaced. We also re use packaging and boxes from other deliveries. We don’t export to every country in the world to reduce our carbon footprint so have selected Europe, USA and Australia.

EXPORTING TO IRELAND, EU AND USA

We are currently upgrading our Postal Service for samples to EU & USA we are no longer going to use Royal Mail as they have been too slow and will be using a 4-6 guaranteed courier delivery service.  For rolls of fabric we will be using a next day delivery service for the USA once the goods are ready to export.  

WE ARE NOT SHIPPING TO IRELAND CURRENTLY DUE TO SOME CUSTOMERS RECEIVING IMPORT CHARGES HIGHER THAN THEIR SAMPLE COSTS.

ORDER & DELIVERY

Please allow up to 1-2 days for delivery of trims, plains and samples. Please allow up to 14 working days for printed fabrics and 10 days for wallpapers, although lots of fabrics are in stock and are indeed next day. Our fabrics are printed using various different basecloths, then colourfasted and despatched to us for checking and redespatched. Handmade goods could take up to 21 days. Please note once you have placed your order if your goods have been despatched we are unable to change any delivery addresses at this point.

HIGH VOLUME ORDERS +60-100m+

We can offer a good will discount on orders over these volumes to both the public and to trade, it has to be of the same print. Please get in touch if we can help with a large order.

BESPOKE SERVICES

We are able to print railroaded, to ensure no joins with the max drop of 140cm. We can do this at a charge of £10.00.

We make all of our cushions, blinds and curtains by hand.  Lead times are usually 5 weeks.  Please accept there can be batch variance and as we print to order our linens you are happy to accept them being made before view.  Our trims can vary in shade we can send you a final cutting before make up if you wish.

PAYMENT

Online ordering couldn’t be easier, you can check out with PAYPAL even if you do not have an account by entering your card details, using leading debit or credit cards securely. You can also use our WORLDPAY which accepts most international credit cards.  We can also take payment over the phone for debit cards, do call us on 01289 385517, especially for part metre orders.  We can also accept money and send money if necessary via paypal too.  Or if you rather email your order to sales@peonyandsage.com we can send you a proforma invoice with our bank details at the base for online bank transfer.  All trade orders must be paid for by electronic transfer before we process.

UK Delivery Charges:

Delivery on a roll via our courier service is £11.95 ex VAT

We would always recommend the fabric on the roll to save from creasing, certainly over 1m.  Should you want 1m folded for £6.95 ex VAT please put that in your notes and we will refund accordingly, please note we cannot be responsible for creasing from a folded piece.

Free delivery on orders over £500.00 worldwide.  N.B. This applies to either an all wallpaper order or all fabric order as we use 2 couriers for these products they cannot be combined. So if its a combined order overseas of wallpaper and fabric. Shipping will be charged.  Do get in touch if its just 1 – 2 m of fabric as we could fold this with your wallpaper and do free shipping, but otherwise we send it on a roll to avoid creasing via courier.

International Delivery Charges, Taxes and Duties:

2 – 5 metres folded £18.00 – £45.00

We now offer free shipping to the USA on orders over £500.00

For the rest of the world for orders over 30m please email us and we can give you a quote.
As of the 1st January 2021 import charges and taxes may be applicable in EU countries.  These charges are not included in our shipping costs as they can vary, so please check your local charges before ordering.

VAT

Peony and Sage Ltd is VAT registered. All listed prices include VAT. Trade customers will be billed separately with a VAT Invoice. If you as an individual require a VAT Invoice please do request one. For all international and EU (including the Republic of Ireland) exports as of January 1st 2021 will no longer be charged VAT and will be zero rated. However, we have an export price which matches our listed price, this is to allow for extra costs, time and insurance required to process international shipments. VAT NO: 129 8103 13. Please note we show our prices in foreign currencies as close to the daily exchange rate, this can alter slightly at the time of purchase.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We only collect data for the purpose of processing and managing your order and so that we can keep in touch with you by newsletter occasionally. For this we need to keep your name, address, email address, phone number and details of your previous orders. We do not retain your payment details within our systems. These are held externally within Paypal, Worldpay or Stripe. In trusting us with your personal details you are entitled to rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
