We ship to the UK, The Channel Islands, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Finland and Norway. For all European countries due to the latest EPR Regulations which we hope will change we have paused our shipping but do get in touch if you have a UK address or a forwarding company. We sell at the listed price only and all exports may be subject to local taxes and duties.

CARE:

Please only dry clean our linens.  Washing may result in a loss of colour or shrinkage.

SUSTAINABILITY:

We are passionate about the environment, hence only sell sustainable linens, recycled cottons and wallpapers. Our packaging is 100% recycled or recyclable.   

 

FAQ’s

How big are your samples? Samples of fabrics are generally A5 in size but sizes can vary. Wallpaper are generally now A4.

Can I return wallpaper or fabric? Unless faulty fabrics and wallpapers have been printed to order and can be batch specific therefore are not returnable.

Linens and what to expect: Every effort is made by our mills and printers to achieve perfect linen. However, imperfections when dealing with a natural product and inks can and do occur, we inspect all our linens to a very high level and keep these to an absolute minimum. We allow in line with industry standard one small defect every 10m, this can include a minor linen weaving flaw, or print defect or catch by the heads please ensure you have ordered enough. Linens also have movement in them and do move at different rates whilst printed and again whilst steamed and rolled this can affect the line of print, we accept these and have a small tolerance for movement and do so in order to enjoy fluid and beautiful natural linens. We would say our stone and ivory linen has the most potential for movement and our dune and grainsack the least, bear this in mind, especially if wanting perfect horizontal stripes this is unlikely to be achieved on a fluid linen.  Colours may also vary from your samples within our tolerances.

Printed backgrounds, ie coloured backgrounds pose a higher risk of print dots, where the print heads running across the fabric can catch a fibre and drop a dot of ink.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: We only collect data for the purpose of processing and managing your order and so that we can keep in touch with you by newsletter occasionally. For this we need to keep your name, address, email address, phone number and details of your previous orders. We do not retain your payment details within our systems. These are held externally within Paypal, Worldpay or Stripe. In trusting us with your personal details you are entitled to rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. ACID we are a proud member of Anti Copying in Design.  We will not tolerate any infringement of our works and will undertake any necessary legal action should we feel our work has been copied.  We do this to protect the craftsmanship and people’s livelihoods involved in creating and marketing our designs.   Please do not use our designs in AI for any mock ups or in any commercial capacity without express permission.  We do not support the use of AI and proudly use professional photographers for our product imagery.
