Our fabrics, wallpapers and handmade items are all made with a printed to order product, these are also then handmade to order, so unless faulty we cannot accept returns. Please be sure to read the full item description before making your purchase.

Our wallpaper is also printed to order and can take between 14 and 21 days, please note if you over order on quantity full rolls cannot be returned, if you are nervous of ordering, please check with your decorator, please do not order less than you need as batches can vary and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancy against your previous order.

Due to the nature of linen there are the odd imperfections, we have a company standard tolerance of up to 5 faults per 50m roll. We do our best to work around these flaws and if we feel they are unacceptable we do contact our customers with the option to give us meterage drops and do our best to facilitate large orders. If this is not possible you have the opportunity to cancel the order. Our tumbled linens are washed and then tumbled with stones, this brutal process is what gives it the beautiful soft drape and finish and soft handle, however due to this process there is an increased chance of damage to the linen this can result in the smallest hole or frayed selvedge, we will do our best to work around these imperfections but a bit of tolerance is required when purchasing linen.

Washing Instructions We recommend dry-cleaning only.

Disclaimer The colour of our fabrics may vary slightly from batch to batch. For precise colour matching, please ask for a stock sample.   Although we strive to achieve perfection due to the nature of linen, some of the beauty of it is due to its uneveness and this can result to very slight imperfections. Certainly on large print runs 20-50m it is likely there may be a very slight defects due to the nature of linen and printing therefore we ask to allow for a 1% tolerance. On Printed backgrounds the chances are higher of the odd printing dot again we would hope for this not to happen but please be aware of these and we have stated this on any background printed fabric listing.Return Exceptions

Fabric that has been used, altered or made into a certain item will not be acceptable for returns or exchange even if there is a genuine fault in the product. Our linens can fade – Fabric will fade if it’s been left in the sunlight it will also fade if the fabric is repeatedly dry cleaned. SAMPLES are sent out for next day delivery on the date of purchase. If you fail to receive them for any reason, please do contact us within 7 days of purchase and we can resend these if necessary. Unfortunately we do not refund sample requests, nor do we deduct the cost of these from any future purchase as they are costly to produce and prepare and due to postage and vat charges we are unable to send them free of charge.

Please always order a sample before ordering fabric as every monitor varies for colour and we cannot exchange or refund goods where the colour was not as what was expected on screen.

Characteristics of Linen fabric.

Linen is an entirely natural product within the yarn it is likely you will get “slubs”, or small knots that occur randomly along its length this is inherent in purchasing a natural fabric. Also the print can take differently to different batches making slight colour variations with batches, again this is inherent in purchasing a linen product, it’s not perfect it has imperfections which are the part of purchasing a linen product. You have to expect little marks and knots within you purchase fabric from us and possibly the odd printing dot. We try to offer the very best in our linens and printing but we do have to work around an entirely natural product. Whereas a uniform cotton panama or polyester would offer very few problems to print on. Please take this into consideration when purchasing our products.

Our payments are proforma only for trade invoices, we hold the right to cancel a trade account if payment terms are not met. We are willing to give the customer up to 28 days out of good will.

Please ring for widths and pattern repeats.  All linens and tweeds are printed in the UK.
