Copyright And Our Content

The copyright of all materials and registered designs on this site belong to Peony and Sage.  All rights are reserved.  You may read, print or download for private use only.  No content may be used by you or distributed to others for the purpose of commercial gain except where your use is permitted above, by copyright law or by written permission from Peony and Sage.

Peony and Sage is a registered trademark.  You must acknowledge that all imagery, graphics, photography, designs, trademarks, brand names and all other intellectual property will remain at Peony and Sage and/or will be upheld by their respective owners.  All fabric and wallpaper designs are registered designs under Peony and Sage, all rights are reserved.  Copyright on artwork used on designs is owned by Peony and Sage.  Except where artwork was supplied to Peony and Sage under contract, a written agreement between the artist and Peony and Sage is carefully documented to ensure, design replication and its production is by joint agreement.

All website illustrations are produced by Julia Patton who owns the copyright for the pencil drawings.  Photography has been supplied by numerous photographers, please do not use our images without our permission as this may break the copyrights of the original photographer.

All of our fabrics are registered designs with protected copyright. Each design is supported with its own file of date of conception, date presented to our print factory and date of release. Our colour, design, sources and original drawings or vintage fabrics are kept on file. We are very sensitive to the market place not to overlap with any other small business from design and to the name of each fabric. Should there ever be an issue where a design we have produced has caused another firm offence, please take it up with our legal team with the file and fabric name and all evidence can be supplied. Likewise if we feel our designs have been copied directly in colour, layout and content, in particular on hand drawn designs where there was no similar design at the point of release we would use our legal resources to take this up with any company.
